Insight enjoys working with individual students who register for their studies with us. Students may either complete their studies through standard assessment or through Recognition of Prior Learning (see the specific qualification for further details). Either way we follow a fairly standard training approach consisting of the following:

• Once you have registered we will schedule an onboarding session with you to discuss your learning objectives, whether you have met the entry requirements, and what will be required from you throughout your studies (including whether you will complete your assessment through standard assessment or through Recognition of Prior Learning).

• We will send you the training materials and assessment for your studies.

• As you complete your assessment our team will be available online and by phone to answer any questions.

• As you submit your various pieces of assessment our time will provide feedback on your work, whether your work has been assessed as “Competent” or “Not Yet Competent”, and next steps for you to complete in order for your work to be assessed as “Competent”.
